Entries for both the Club Minor Singles & Minor Pairs are now open. To enter, there are sign-up sheets on the club noticeboard or you can send an email to bowls@lanecovebowls.com.au.

We will run both competitions in tandem with the aim of completing at the end of the year before the 2027 season starts.

Key Dates 

Entries close Saturday 7th November 2026.

Draw will take place at the club on Sunday 8th November 2026 at 4PM.

Finals on a Sunday before the end of the calendar year.

Formats

Singles: 4-Bowl Singles | First to 25

Pairs: 3-Bowl Pairs | 25 Ends.

Marker for Singles

It is the player’s responsibility to ensure they have a marker.

If you enter a singles championship and draw a bye in the first round, please be available to mark.

If you lose a round, please be prepared to mark a match in the next round.

Eligibility

All players entering must be Financial Bowling Members of the Club.

Singles Eligibility

• A player cannot enter the competition if they have previously won a Major Singles or Minor Singles competition at this or any other club in the world.

Pairs Eligibility

• A player cannot enter the competition if they have previously won a Major Pairs competition in ANY position at this or any other club in the world.

• A Player who has only won a Minor Pairs competition as a Lead may enter as a Skip.

• A Player who has only won a Minor Pairs competition as a Skip may enter as a Lead.

• A Player who has won a Minor Pairs competition in both positions may not enter.
